3. Carrier Partners & Tracking
We ship our heavy-duty equipment and tool packages via trusted domestic carriers, including FedEx and UPS. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated tracking notification email containing your carrier tracking number and an active link to follow your shipment in real time.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please take photos of the exterior packaging and the equipment, and reach out to us within 48 hours at support@maerka.shop so we can arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
