Refund & Return Policy

At Maerka, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to purchase our outdoor power tools and equipment with total confidence. That is why we provide a clear, hassle-free 30-Day Return Policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, undamaged condition, including all original parts, accessories, manuals, and manufacturer packaging.

2. Zero Restocking Fees ($0)

We believe in honest, fair commerce:

• Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do NOT charge any restocking or handling fee)
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or arrived damaged, Maerka covers 100% of return shipping costs and provides a prepaid return shipping label at no expense to you.
• Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you changed your mind or no longer need the item, you may return it within 30 days. The customer is responsible for the actual return postage fee to our domestic warehouse.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our support team at support@maerka.shop with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Carefully pack the item in its original box, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (FedEx / UPS).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned equipment is received and inspected at our domestic warehouse (typically within 2 business days of arrival), we will notify you by email. Your refund will be immediately issued back to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
